Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

·        We accept returns or exchanges only in case of damaged or incorrect products.

·        A clear unboxing video is mandatory to raise any return or exchange request.

 

Return Request Timeline

To be eligible for a return, you must raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

 

 Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be:

·        Unused and unworn

·        In original packaging

·        With all tags, boxes, and accessories intact

Items that fail quality checks will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

 

Refund Policy

·        Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available.

·        Refunds are issued after we received product back.

·        Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

 

 Refund Policy (Prepaid Orders)

For prepaid orders, once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected:

·        Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. (via bank transfer/UPI)

·        Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after we received product.

·        Bank or payment gateway delays may take additional time.

 

Refund Policy (Cash on Delivery Orders)

For COD orders:

·        Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI

·        Customers must provide accurate bank/UPI details

·        Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

COD convenience fees and shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 

Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer:

·        Replacement with the Same Product
If a replacement request is approved and the same product is available in stock, we will arrange for a replacement of the identical item at no additional cost to the customer. The replacement product will be dispatched once the original item has been returned and quality checks are completed, where applicable.

 

·        Product Unavailability
In the event that the original product is unavailable or discontinued at the time the replacement is processed, customers will be offered an alternative resolution.

This may include:

o   Store credit equal to the value of the product, which can be used for future purchases, or

o   A refund processed to the original mode of payment, in accordance with our refund policy.

 

Replacement Timeline

Replacement timelines may vary depending on product availability and delivery location. We appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve replacement requests efficiently.

 

Shipping Costs for Returns

·        If the return is approved due to our error (damaged or wrong item), return shipping will be covered by us.

·        In all other cases, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

 

Cancellation Policy

·        Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

·        Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

·        COD orders that are refused at delivery may result in COD restrictions for future orders

 

Final Decision

Astranika reserves the right to:

·        Approve or reject return requests

·        Modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice
